現地（落札者の）に到着してから商品の行方が分からなく事は過去に何度もあります
これは現地郵便局の管理が良くないからと日本の郵便局は言っている

However, as this is the matter of the delivery system, I went to the post office today and applied for tracking investigation.
Products missing after they reached at the destination is not rare.
Japanese post office says it's all about poor management system of the local post offices.

But please do not worry.
I sent the product out with insurance, so if the loss of the product is once confirmed, you would get full reimbursement.
You need to wait for about a month for the investigation, but please do not worry at all, I have solved the same problems over and over again. It will turn out to be OK this time too.

Should you wish to return your items to us, we'll automatically issue a refund for them when they return to our warehouse. Sorry, we can't exchange them for a different product.

If you'd like a completely different Diesel product, you'll have to place a new order for it.
