Dear Sir, I have unfortunately requested a refund from Amazon for the item that I ordered. The package was held back by the danish customs as it was sent from Switzerland which is not a member of the EU. I would have to pay an excess of £33 to reclaim the item whch is more than half the original price of the item. I contacted them and said that I wasn’t interested in paying the excess. They have now sent the item back to the place of departure.
I was under the impression that Amazon.co.uk only sent items originating in the UK, otherwise I would never have purchased in the first place.
There is no return label with the package as I have never physically received it.

残念なことに、アマゾンで注文した品物の返金を申請しました。 配送中、その品物はEUのメンバーではないスイスから送られたことが理由で、デンマークの中継場で保留されていました。なので、本来の値段に加えて、さらに本体の半分の値段である33ポンド多く余分に払うことになってしまいました。私はそれを受けて、会社に問い合わせをし、余分に払うつもりはないことを伝えました。その結果、品物は現在、配達元へ送り返されました。私は、Amazon.com.uk はイギリス内だけの商品を扱っていると思っていました。もしそうでない(他国からの商品も扱っている)ことを知っていたら、初めからこの買い物をしなかったと思います。私は実際にその品物を受け取らなかったので、返品ラベルは貼られていません。

yesterday I received the first parcel with kits (other parcels in the way - 2 parcels from Germany and 1 from USA).
I have receivd mei Lien and Sweet Dreams.
I muct make Tobiah for order then I will begin to work with Mei Lien or Sweet Dreams.
I ordered outfits for dolls and I have seen them already .Very beautiful for Sweet Dreams and Salia.
Do you prefer Sweet Dreams?

昨日、最初の包みを受け取りました。 ( 他にも、アメリカから１つ、ドイツから2つの包を配達中です)。
Mei lien と sweet dreams が届いたのですが、Tobiahも注文を受け取ったので、Mei lien とsweet dreams の　作業を開始しなければいけません。
人形用の洋服はすでに注文し、確認も住んできます。sweet dreams とSalia にとても似合うと思います。
