We have to say sorry to you that our team production bought the materials which is different from
the color sample oak sent to you last time.
At the moment, your samples are made by other kind of oak, pls see the picture below.
But dont worry, our manager is buying the materials you want, and will finish all sample the day after tomorrow!!!
the differences between the oak you want and the oak we made are color, grain, hardness, durability.
Pls hope you to sympathize for us ,
We will correct and send you again your samples!!
