I am very sorry for delivering the wrong design item for pick A.

Here are 2 reason why I made this mistake. 1) I trusted the wholesaler. 2) my re-checking was not enough.
I apology from my heart.

Could you please take a photo of the wrong item and send it to me?
I have saved the photo I showed you before, so I will compare with each other and show them to wholesaler.

And here is my suggestion that please you keep the item pick A as gift from me.
I will refund you $10 which includes $5 for the the purchase amount of 2 pieces items, and another $5 for delivery fee.

I would be happy if you accept my request.
