I am very sorry about the confusion. This item was listed in "New other" condition meaning New other (see details): A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.
The items are still brand new, but the box has been opened bc these are from Best Buy Christmas customer returns in new condition. please advise. If you would like I can offer you a $50 dollar refund on your order for the confusion.
