返品商品について

次の商品については、本日、お客様から返品され、全額返金されたとの連絡がありました。

・

返品された商品については、アマゾンのFBA販売商品としては「販売不能商品」とされています。
また、その理由としては、お客様がダメージを与えたこととされています。

この場合、お客様が損害金をお支払いいただくことになるのではないかと考えております。
また、損害を受けた商品は、当店で引き取り、処分することになるのでしょうか。
至急調査の上、回答をお願いします。

Regarding returns

I received a message today saying a customer has shipped the following product back and received all the refund.

The return has been treated as an FBA unsalable product on Amazon.
Also, the reason being is that the customer caused damage to the product.

In this case, I believe the customer should be responsible for payment for the loss.
Also, I think we should take the damaged product and dispose of it.
Please confirm this and reply to me as soon as possible.
