返品商品について

次の商品については、本日、お客様から返品され、全額返金されたとの連絡がありました。

返品された商品については、アマゾンのFBA販売商品としては「販売不能商品」とされています。
また、その理由としては、お客様がダメージを与えたこととされています。

この場合、お客様が損害金をお支払いいただくことになるのではないかと考えております。
また、損害を受けた商品は、当店で引き取り、処分することになるのでしょうか。
至急調査の上、回答をお願いします。

In regard to the return product

We were notified by Amazon that today the follwing product was returned by the customer and a full refund was issued.

As for the returned product, it was "the product that can not be sold" as Amazon FBA product for sale.
And the reason is that the customer damaged the product.

We are thinking that in such a case, the customer should pay the charge for the damage.
Also we would like to ask if we have to pick up the damaged product and discard it.
Please confirm it urgently and give us an answer.
