Please note, you must select 'Buyer Cancelled' from the drop down while cancelling this order to make sure that this order is NOT included in your cancellation rate metric and the subject line should be "Order Cancellation" request.
If buyers are not sure of how to request cancellation with "Order Cancellation" as subject line, I would recommend you to help buyers with step by step instructions which I've attached in the email.
In case, if they don't respond, I'm afraid we've to proceed with cancellation of these orders from your end.
Yes, we indeed understand that cancelling these orders would impact your cancellation rate and as this is system driven, there's little we can manually influence.
