I've reviewed the details and I can confirm that contacting buyer's was the best action to take considering $10,000 at stake.
However, I'm sorry this hasn't resolved the issue completely.
As this was the best action, I would recommend allowing buyer some more time about another 24 hours to respond and then proceed accordingly.
Once buyer request for cancellation, we request you to follow the instructions from the below seller help page on how to cancel an order :
