山本から日本の郵便局の貴口座に誤って振込みをしたメールを６月に差し上げておりました。その後、郵便局にも相談しましたが、入金されたお金はご本人以外引き出せないとの回答でした。つきましては、誤って入金したお金の返済方法についてご相談させていただけないでしょうか。ご連絡をお待ちしております。

After that we asked post office but they replied that only account holder can withdraw transferred money. Please let us ask you about refunding measure of the money we mistakenly paid to.
