今回は商品に不備があるとの事で大変申し訳ありません。

画像拝見いたしました。こちらの商品は外部に委託し保管しておりましたため最終確認が出来ませんでした。いつカビが発生したのかは定かではありませんが誠意のある対応をしたいと思います。

そちらの方でカビの除去が出来るのであれば清掃代をご提示下さい。その分返金させていただきます。返品希望の場合もご連絡ください。

コメントありがとうございました。口語ではitなしでも大丈夫だと思いますが、文体では駄目ですか？　また何か入れる場合、原文の「対応致します。」は、返金の場合と、返品の場合の両方あるので、it　では少し変な気もしております。そのようなことを考えても、やはり itを入れるべきでだったのでしょうか？

handleが他動詞なので何か目的語があった方がいいと思い入れたのですが、確かに、itではあいまいですね。ない方がいいかもしれません。
