The Seller warranty period of Defects is two weeks from the date of handing over the Goods as specified in Article 6. If the Defects has arisen or is discovered, the B or the User shall notify such occurred Defects to the Seller. In this case, the B shall, at B’s own discretion, have the Seller, at its own expense replace or deliver substitute Goods to the User, or in exchange for or reduce payment, or claim for all payment of Goods or claim for compensation from the Seller for damages suffered by the B as a result of such Defects. If the Defects has arisen or is discovered after the end of the Seller warranty period, the warranty period of Defects will be under those products' brand warranty policies."

売主の瑕疵担保責任期間は、6条に記載のとおり商品の引き渡し日から2週間となります。不具合が発生または発見された場合、Bまたは使用者は販売者へ不具合が発生した旨を通知するものとします。この場合、BはB自身の判断で、販売者に対して交換品への取替や配送にかかる費用の補償、交換や支払いの減額、全ての商品支払いに対する申し立て、かかる不具合品の結果としてBが被った損害に対しての販売者への補償についての申し立てなどを行うものとします。もし、不具合が売主の瑕疵担保責任期間終了後に発生または発見された場合は、不具合の保証期間はその製品ブランドの保証規約の下に履行されます。
