amazonアメリカでパフォーマンスが急激に落ちたことを心からお詫びします。
今現在配送については外注しており、海外配送行う際の配送場所と商品の照合に時間がかかってしまい、配送に時間がかかってしまいました。
これからは外注先とのやり取りを念にとり、配送時間が遅れないよう行っていきます.

We sincerely apologize for our sudden perfomance decline at Amazon.com.
We have been outsourcing shipping and it takes time to match delivery address and the merchandise, therefore it took more time than we would have liked to see.
We are going to do our best to deliver our merchandises on time by keeping close contacts with our subcontractor.
We will continue to do our best to satisfy our customers by utilizing FBA in U.S.
