if there is any damage to the User or the third party arising from breaching any or more of representations and warranties of the Seller under this Agreement and/or breaching any of other provisions of this Agreement and/or Individual Sales Agreements, the Seller shall be solely responsible for any losses and damages and shall compensate the said third party for such damage in all respect.

Notwithstanding the foregoing indicated in Clause 14.1 or Clause 4.2 above, the Buyer is entitled to terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time without reason by giving at least 30 days’ prior written notice to the S. the S has no rights to claim for any losses and/or damages due to the termination under this Clause.

本契約において販売者がその表明及び保証条項を違反あるいは本契約の他の条項や個別売買契約を違反したことにより、ユーザーまたは第三者が被害を被った場合に、販売者のみが損害に対し責任を負うものとし、前述の第三者に対しあらゆる点で被害の補償をするものとする。

前述の14.1節又は上記の4.2節に関わらず、購入者は販売者に書面にて通知する前に少なくとも30日間あれば、便宜上いかなる時でも理由なく本契約を終了できる権利を持つ。販売者は本節による契約終了により被った損害に対し異議申し立てを行う権利を持たない。
