10日(火)に注文した商品は、発送してくれましたか？
いつもなら木曜日に、InvoiceとTracking Numberがメールで送られてくるのに、今週は送られてきていません。
発送が遅れているのでしょうか？
先日のお客さんから返品された商品ですが、私達が調べたところ、大きな汚れはなく、販売するのに問題がないと判断しました。そちらに返品せず、私達で販売をしますので、返金してもらう必要はありません。お気遣いありがとう。
3月はじめに在庫が入る予定だった商品は、すでに発送済みなのですか？

Usually we receive an invoice and a tracking number by e-mail. However, we haven't received it this week.
Regarding the product sent back from the customer, we checked the product. There is no big dirt and we judged it is no problem to sell.
We do send back the product to you, and we sell the product. Therefore there is no need for reimbursement. Thank you for your consideration.
