Forex Robotが使用出来ません。とても困っています。

こんにちは。
私はForex Robotの購入者の●●です。
MT4を再起動したら添付した画像のエラーメッセージが表示されてチャートが閉じられてしまいました。
チャートとEAを再セットアップしましたが同じエラーメッセージが表示されてチャートが閉じられてしまいます。
至急サポートをお願いします。

I am xx , and purchased the Forex Robot.
When I booted up MT 4 again, an error message of the picture I attached was showed and the chart was closed.
I set up the chart and EA again. Then the same error message was showed, and the chart was closed.
