フェデックスカスタマーサポートに確認したところ、受領国側で、トラッキング番号がわからない場合、調査する方法がないそうです。発送国側で追跡調査したほうが、荷物の行方が分かりやすいとの事です。大変申し訳ありませんが、発送された貴国のフェデックス社の窓口で追跡調査依頼をしていただけますか？よろしくお願いします。

When we checked with FedEx customer support, we were told that if the recipient does not know the tracking number, there is no way to investigate. It is easier to do investigation in the sender’s country. We are sorry to trouble you, but could you please ask FedEx’s office in your country to investigate? Thank you in advance.
