eBay等では出品はlistが一般的です。
Best Offerは機能の名前なので最上級の定冠詞theは不要です。もしBest Offerを両者既知のものとして語るのならQuoteの外にtheがついてもいいですがその場合既知なのでそもそもQuoteはつけないでしょうね。
Immediatelyは一語で十分です。
