UPSのTracking No,を確認すると、荷物は紛失していると思います。
1週間前から到着予定日が毎日延長されます。
代わりの商品を早急に発送して欲しいです。
今週中に必ず届けて下さい。

しかし、1枚しか到着していません。
UPSのTracking No,を確認すると商品重量が4.0lbsとなっています。
明らかに1枚しか発送されていません。
