先日、寮のベットの入れ替えを12月21日に行うと連絡しましたが、
他の部屋の社員の予定があわず日程を調整しています。

日程を23日（火曜）に変更することは可能でしょうか。
時間は10：00～13:00を予定しています。

We notified that the beds of the dormitory would be changed on December 21th the other day.
But because of the schedule conflict of employees of other rooms, we are making adjustment of the schedule now.

Is it posiible to change its schedule to 23th(Tuesday)?
The time will be 10:00-13:00.
