Exchange Policy

International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Items must be returned within 30 days.
Items must not be worn or altered, and should be in the same condition in which they were received.
Items must be returned in original packaging. In the case you no longer have the original packaging it should be substituted by one of the same size.
Sale items may not be exchanged.
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to Soludos but we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you.
In the case of exchanges Soludos does not guarantee that the same style in a different size will be available. If the requested size or style is unavailable, you will be given store credit.

海外注文につきましては交換出来ません。
商品は３０日以内に返品して下さい。
商品は着用したり、直したりしていなく、お届け時と同じ状態のものに限ります。
商品はお届け時と同じ梱包であるようお願いいたします。万が一、お客様がお届け時の梱包材を失われた場合、同じサイズの梱包材を使われるようお願い致します。
バーゲン商品は交換出来ないことがあります。
Soludosへの返送料はお客様にてお支払い頂きますが、商品をこちらから再度お送りする場合は送料はこちらが支払います。
交換につきましては、違うサイズのもので同じスタイルのものがあるという保証はできません。万が一、お客様のご要望のサイズやスタイルがない場合、ストア・クレジットを差し上げます。
