We traced the product, and found it is in the middle of the regular route from Russia to Kazakhstan currently.
As today is Saturday in Japan, the person in charge is absent, so we could trace till then, But on Monday, we will contact with the person in charge from Post office and we try to find our more details, and we will inform you.
