商品誤配送の件で、ご迷惑をお掛けしまして誠に申し訳ございません。確認しましたところ、別のバイヤーへ本商品が配送されていることが判明いたしました。現在商品を返送依頼しており、到着次第そちらに送らせていただこうと思いますが、商品到着までに、合計で本日よりさらに2-3週間かかってしまうことが予想されます。
かなりお時間を頂いてしまいますので、ご相談ですが、このまま2-3週間お待ちいただくか、一旦お取引をキャンセルさせていたく方法もありますが、いかがいたしましょうか？

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by our mistake on item dispatch. We investigated the matter and found out that the item was delivered to another buyer. We are requesting a return of this item and we will arrenge a shipment for you as soon as we receive the returned item, but it is expected that it could take as long as 2 to 3 weeks before it arrives at your door.
It has been taking so long already and we were wondering if you would like to wait for another 2 to 3 weeks for this item to reach you or another option available now is to cancel this transaction once. Please advise us of your decision.
