この商品は販売者が発送時に片方の靴を入れ忘れ、もう片方は別の日時に届いているはずです。
確認したというメールも御社からいただきました。
今回発送する際に、靴の箱の数だけ数えて発送していませんか？中身は確認していますか？
紛失している靴がこの靴ですから、運送会社や日本の税関を疑う前に、御社の保管場所を調べてください。

One of the pair was not in the package when the seller shipped. The other was delivered on the different date.

Are you sure that the shoes were actually in the boxes when you shipped them? Was there any chances that you just counted the number of the boxes and failed to see the inside of them?
The shoes missing right now has the history of bad record. Could you check the places you had stored them first before putting blame on either shipping company or Japanese customs.
