我々は輸出検査が遅れている理由を確認しました。 この車のエアコンに使用されているガスがウガンダ政府が輸入を規制しているガスに該当しており、その対応に時間を要している事が理由です。 このガスは日本国内においては問題があるガスではありません。

We found out why the export inspection is delayed. The gas used in the air conditioner of this car is one of the gases that the government of Uganda has some import restrictions. It is taking some time to handle this issue which is causing the delay. This gas is not of any problem in Japan.
