今後は全ての商品に対して追跡番号をつけて発送し、常に配送状況が把握できる体制を整えました。

また、商品が届かないとバイヤーから連絡が入った場合は、追跡番号を確認してバイヤーへ詳細な配送状況を連絡致します。
また、追跡不能な場合が発生した場合は新しい商品を48時間以内に発送して対応致します。
再配送料は当社にて負担致します。
