以前あなたから購入したヘッドのうち、1点不具合がありました。

シュリンクを剥がした直後に、クラウンの塗装がハラハラと落ちて、2箇所が剥がれている状況です。シュリンク状態でキズはなかったため、恐らく製造不良ではないかと思います。お手数をおかけしますが、商品を返品後、返金をお願い致します。

Immediately after the shrink peeled off, the painting of the crown fell apart and there were two areas that were peeled off. There were no scratches on the shrink so I think this might highly be a production defect. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I would like to request for a refund after I return the product.

Immediately after removing the shrink film, flakes of painting (coating) fluttered down by which revealed the ground metal of two portions of the crown. There were no scratches in the shrink film, so I think it is highly possible that it might be a production defect. I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I would like to request for a refund after I return the product.
