Dear Person in Charge,

The postman said that the package was above 400grams thats why they charged the amount. Though I believe that since you declared and paid for shipping with the correct weight, it shouldn't have happened.

It could have been tax from what I can see. The Delivery Receipt shows GST@7% $41.15 and Handling Fee $10.00. I think this would not have happened if it wasn't marked as commercial because it's for my personal use.
