プライベートでケージを製作しているのを知り依頼する事になりました。
基本的なデザインはAさんが考えました。フェンダーアーチの部分は私の案です。

法律的に考えるならケージが創造物として認可されるのかが問題にだと思いますが、基本的にAさんは商標登録なんてしてないと思うので問題ないと思います。
ボディパネルのデザインは実車を参考にしたのでそっちの方が心配です（笑）

私が一番問題だと思うのはAさんが趣味なのか事業なのかハッキリさせてない事だと思ってます。

法律的の箇所については、Juristicでもいいと思いますが、Legalを使われたほうがプライベートなメールらしいような気がします。
