ちょっとフォーマルなので、XmasよりChristmasのほうがいいと思います。XmasはChristmasの略ですが、クリスマスカードやSMS以外、あまり使わないですね。

「Can you let me know?」は質問ですから、？マークが必要でしょう。日本語でそれが不自然かもしれませんけど、あの英訳で、.マークの使いは不自然だと思います。でも、「もし手に入るようでしたらご連絡ください」を「Please let me know if you can get it for me」に翻訳したら、？マークは必要ではありません。
英語と日本語の句読点ルールはちょっと違いますね。
