私はこのRagを11月13日に注文しました。
5日前に発送状況の確認もしています。
なぜ在庫がないと判明するの17日も必要なのですか？
Shawnからの返信では以下のように何度も返信が来ています。
この注文商品はいつ届くのでしょうか？
本当に発送されていますか？
何度も発送確認の依頼をしています。
早急に届けて下さい。
USPに連絡をして確認しましたが、このように返信が来ました。
今後注文した商品が在庫切れの場合は、必ず直ぐに連絡を下さい。
I ordered this rag on November 13th.
I also contacted to check the shipping status 5 days ago.
Why did it take 17 days to figure out that it was out of stock?

I have requested to check whether it was shipped so many times.
Please send it to me immediately.
I contacted USP to check that, and they replied like this.
Please let me know immediately if items that I order are out of stock from now on.
