こちらのミスではないので返品する前に先に返金してもらう事は可能ですか？
返金後すぐに発送可能です。
トラブルは初めてですので
こちらが先に返品する場合はPaypalでクレームにエスカレートした後
Paypalの補償制度に基いて返品させて頂きます。
返品の際は間違って送られてきた商品のみを返品すればよろしいでしょうか？
またお手数ですが、連絡は個別のメールではなくPaypalでお願いします。
連絡の際、改めて返品先の住所を教えて下さい。

Since it was not my mistake, could you pay me back before I send the item back to you?
I could send it back, as soon as the price is refunded.
As it's my first time to get such a problem,
if you want me to send the item back before you pay back,
then i would make a claim at Paypal and i would sent it back according to the compensation system of Paypal.
When sending back the item, do i have to send back just the wrong one?
And sorry to bother you, but please contact me not through my personal email address but through Paypal.
As contacting me, could you please tell me the address to send back the item?

I am able to ship it out as soon the refund is received.
As it's my first experience with such a problem,
if you want me to send the item back before the refund is made,
I will need to escalate this matter to "claim" with Paypal and I would send it back according to the compensation system of Paypal.
