いまトラッキングナンバーを確認したところ、Order No.A128335439の”Style No. 29261559　iphone　case”が再発送されていないのはなぜでしょうか？それ以外の商品は再発送されているようですが。

I have just confirmed the tracking number and found out that resending of ”Style No. 29261559　iphone　case” for Order No.A128335439 is not completed. Why is this happening when resending of other products seems to have completed?
