普通ではあんな破損はしないと思います。
破れた袋にはミックスされたビーズが入り、テープで封をしてありました。
箱は御社のオリジナルの箱ではなく中国のタバコの箱に変わっていました。
明らかに中国のfedexでトラブルがあったと思われます。
日本のfedexに状況を説明したら、日本のfedexが私に支払いをするのではなく、中国のfedexが御社に連絡をとり、直接支払いをすると言われました。

Did you see the attached picture that I sent?
Normally no items get damaged like that.
The damaged bag was filled with mixed beads and was sealed with a tape.
The box wasn't our original one but was replaced with a Chinese tobacco box.
Apparently there has been some trouble while FedEx was handling it in China, I suppose.
I explained the situation to the FedEx office in Japan, and they said they aren't going to pay me but the FedEx office in China will contact you and pay you directly.
Please ask them for the details.
