Actually, we order each frame that is ordered from our website, directly from the brand's distribution center. In doing so, we can guarantee that we are receiving brand new product that has never been worn. We do not allow customers to try on frames which is great news for you because you will receive eyewear that is 100% authentic, brand new, right out of production! If there is a large demand, sometimes styles can go on backorder, but for the most part, most of them are in stock with the different brands.
