Which method did you choose for shipping, EMS, AIR, or SAL?
I think you probably chose to ship by Air. But the shipping description says EMS. This could result in a misunderstanding by the buyer.

Therefore, we will make a rule regarding shipping methods.
EMS will be used for items worth $15 or more and SAL will be used for items worth $8 or lower.

I believe you are a capable person and the problems will be mostly solved if you understand and fix two additional issues that I am pointing out.
