私の方でもUSPSに問い合わせをしましたがやはり荷受人から直接連絡が欲しいとの事でした。お手数をお掛けしてすいません

私の方でも日本郵便に調査依頼をしましたが約1ヶ月は返答に時間が掛かるそうです。
もし早い対応をお望みの場合は返金や再送にて対応させて頂きます。

As I asked you previously, did you inquire USPS? When I inquired them, they wanted to be contacted by the consignee him/herself. I am sorry for the trouble.

I requested Japan Post for an invetigation, but they said it would take about a month before they could give me an answer. If you would prefer a faster conclusion, I can refund or ship again. Or, if you have any suggestion, feel free to tell me.
