I am terribly sorry for your discovery. I sometimes list items as a broker for a partner of mines, in which he provides me an item for sale. I was under full impression that the item was not only in good condition but new as well.

It was never my intention to defraud any of my eBay bidders. I accept your $39 demand of a refund.

Please allow some time for that transfer, I am not working for the past 3 weeks and it is difficult for me to get some money together. I will stay in contact with you.
