よくできていると思います。細かいかもしれませんが、Since we've already received a purchase order from youはalready よりpreviouslyのほうがよいかと思います。それと、if you're not going to use eBay for the transactionの部分は、If you are happy with the transaction which is not using ebay、等の方がより自然かと思います。
