大変失礼ながら、私にはこれはビジネスレターの文体に見えないのです。普通のお友達への文章のように見えてしまうのですが、そんなことはないのでしょうか？
ネイティブの方にこのような質問をするのは、本当に申し訳ないのですが、どうしても気になります。もしできましたらご意見をお聞かせください。
思い出した。ビジネスレターでは we're のような省略はしませんよね。

About your question... I previously worked in the customer service industry. I think that's the reason why I had translated this in a friendlier tone. People will do what you request them to do if you say it in a much friendlier but polite tone. I am not sure though if I am correct in this assumption. Please forgive me if I have it wrong. :)

customer service industry で働かれて、 people will do what you request them to do if you say it in a much friendlier tone を実感なさったのですね？この話はとても勉強になります。「へ～、そういうものなのか」ってね。そんなこと、日本人は知りませんからね。
ここで依頼文として見かける英文も、まれに、ものすごくfrankなものもあります。「これ、しゃべってるよね？」っていうのがあります。
ただ、日本人が依頼する文章は、私たち日本人の翻訳者は「正統なビジネスレター」を目指して書いています。(書けるかどうかは別として）。ここでは、同じ依頼者の方が同じ相手に何度も書いていらっしゃることがあり、その相手の英文も目にしたり訳したりすることがあります。そういう時は、相手の方の文体もわかるので、すこしfrankにしたりもします。
でも、それ以外のときは、今回の依頼のように、これから取引できるかどうかが、、もしかしたらこのメールにかかっているかもしれない、という時点の文章では、私たちにはfriendlyに書く勇気はありません。どうしても、それでは失礼、というか、ビジネスレターも書けない子供か？と思われるような気がしてしまいます。
きちんとした会社、AmazonとかeBayなどから来る文書は、やはり、きちんとしていますから、私は、やはり「正統」をめざします。
ただ、何度もやり取りをしている相手なら、「friendlyに書いたほうがうまくいく」ということを真似してみるかもしれません。（かえってむずかしいかも）
