PayPalのアカウントトップページのスクリーンショットを添付します。
confirmed shipping addressのスクリーンショットについては、用意出来ません。
というのも、アカウントを作成した国が日本なので、そちらのPayPalとは仕組みが違うからです。
その代わり、PayPalがEメールで住所の証明をしてくれるとのことです。
PayPalからの連絡をご確認下さい。

I can't arrange the screen photo of 'confirmed shipping address',
as I open my account in Japan and the system is a little different from your country.
Instead of it, Paypal will obtain proof of the address by email.
