こんにちは。
米国外からアナタの商品を落札し米国の住所に送ってもらおうと思ったのですが、
paypalで支払おうとしたところ、"XXX"というエラーがでて支払いができません。
問い合わせたところ
「セラーにpaypalで直接請求書を送ってもらって支払いをするようしてもらうか、住所確認をしないように変更して貰ってください」
と言われました。
すみませんが直接請求書を送ってもらうか住所確認をしない事はできますか？
もし出来なければ支払いができませんので悪いのですがキャンセルして下さい。

Hello.
I won the bid for item from outside of the US and I thought that I would get it sent to an address in America but when I tried to pay with PayPal I got an error saying "XXX" and wasn't able to pay.
I just asked about it and was told, "Could you have the seller send you a direct invoice with PayPal or get it changed it so that you don't have to confirm the address?"
I'm sorry but could you either send me an invoice directly or change the address confirmation?
If you can't do that then I can't pay. In which case I would ask you to please cancel the order.
