いつもだったら注文後に、FEDEXから追跡番号のメールが届くのですが、
今回はそのメールがまだ届かない為、まだ商品を送られていないのかと思っていました。

再度確認ですが、商品は既に、FEDEXで送られたということでよろしいでしょうか？

I haven't received it yet this time; therefore, I was under the impression that the shipment has not been made.

Could you please clarify that the item has already been shipped?
