支払いが遅くなり申し訳ございません。何度かペイパルにて支払いを試みましたが、ペイパルの登録アカウントが日本のため支払い画面に進めません。
私は仕事の都合上、ペイパルの登録アカウントをアメリカに変更することはできません。
御社の方でペイパルの登録アカウントが日本のままでも支払いができるように変更できないでしょうか。もしくはこの取引をキャンセルさせていただけないでしょうか。ご連絡お待ちしております。

Sorry for the delay in payment. I have tried to pay via PayPal, but I cannot advance to the payment screen perhaps because my PayPal account is registered in Japan. Because of my job, I cannot change the registration of my account.
Could you enable me to make a payment without changing the registration? Or can we cancel this transaction? Please advise.
