私は日本住んでいるためまだ実物を確認できていません。転送会社経由で日本に入荷予定です。連絡をいただけたことはありがたいのですが、なぜそのような重要な事実を商品説明に記載していなかったのでしょうか。またあなたは発送後に商品の一部が欠損していることを連絡しています。あまり誠実な対応であるとはいいがたいです。ワッペンとボタンの２つが欠損しているとのことですがそれ以外はすべて揃っていますか?。欠損分$50程度返金を希望しますがいかがですか

Because I live in Japan I still have yet to confirm the authenticity. The plan is for it to be forwarded to Japan via a forwarding agency. I am thankful for your getting in touch with me, but it is somewhat odd that a valuable item like that wouldn't come with an instruction manual. You also told me after it shipped that there was a defect with one part of it. This doesn't exactly inspire a lot of confidence. Aside from the badge and two buttons being damaged / missing, is everything together and intact? What do you think about a $50 refund due to the aforementioned defects?
