From my understanding, "また何か購入したいものがあれば" would mean requestor has bought something before and he/she is saying he will contact the seller again if he has anything else he wants. But the translated text made it sound like he hasn't bought anything before. Maybe adding "again" at the end of "I will get back to you when I am ready to order." would make it more accurate?
