Basically accurate. Personally for a, I would say "Sight-see at / visit famous historical attractions" . For e, I would simply put hot springs (depending if the writer wants more "enticing information" I guess. For "自由回答"...I wonder as well but I guess I'll go with your translation or "please specify"...?
