また、紛失などで購入者様に商品が到着しない場合は、返金致します。

A person who purchased the item informed me that the item hasn’t arrived.
About this matter, I dispatched the item as a traceable parcel. You can check it on this website.
I used SAL by Japan Post. It normally takes two weeks to be delivered to the buyer.
Also, the estimated arrival date is May /2nd to May/17th which hasn’t come yet.

In case of lost parcel or such and it would not reach to the buyer, I will give a refund.
