My name is Cristina Trașcă, I am a certified translator (Romanian Ministry of Justice) for English, native in Romanian language (Authorization no. 35889/02.08.2013). I have 5 years’ experience in the translation, with 2 years of translating in Faculty of Law projects (contracts, paperwork, Romanian Civil Code, ECHR case-law), 2 years employment in largest translation company in Mures County as Project Manager and Translation Quality Manager and 1 year as freelancer. These positions allowed me to accumulate thorough knowledge in translation project planning, coordinating translator teams, managing translation resources, efficient use of CAT tools. Translation areas: Legal, Medical, IT (user interface). Known tools: SDL Trados 2017, XBench, Glossary Converter, Plunet (TMS), WordBee. I have good problem-solving skills and I love challenges.
