修理店に確認しましたが、レターヘッドは持ち合わせてないとのことです。ちなみに日本の個人店ではあまりレターヘッドを持ち合わせているところはありません（海外の取引をしないので）。修理完了の際に、紙面にて修理明細書が届きますが、修理は２～３週間ほどかかるとのことです。申し訳ありませんが、150ドルのご返金を希望します。修理代は１５０ドル以上はかかります。差額は当方で負担します。よろしくお願い致します。

Many of Japanese private shops do not have their own letterheads, because they do not have deal with foreign customers. When the repairing will be finished, we will receive a written repair statement, but the repair will take 2 to 3 weeks. Sorry to trouble you, but we propose to refund you $150. I didn’t authorize any repair. What you’ve heard from Paypal??? If you are disputing the merchandise, then you don’t do anything to it. Once you start modifying it, altering, etc, you are not giving us a chance to verify if your claim is correct, therefore denying any kind of claim to be processed.

I need the invoice on the company letterhead who is performing such a repair, all costs, parts, etc.. As you indicated repair started, therefore you MUST have something in writing stating the problem, parts involved, etc.
